1. Educational purpose only
Premier Trading Network provides general trading education, commentary, market observations, community discussion, and trade ideas. Nothing we provide is personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We are not your broker, fiduciary, or investment adviser, and we do not execute trades or manage customer funds.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and use any trading platform or financial product in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account, risk limits, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
3. No guarantees
We do not promise profits, funded-account approvals, payouts, specific results, or freedom from losses. Past results, testimonials, examples, and trade recaps are not guarantees of future performance. See our Risk Disclosure.
4. Membership and access
Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be shared, copied, resold, recorded, redistributed, or used to create a competing service. We may suspend or terminate access for payment failure, harassment, fraud, sharing credentials, copying content, disrupting the community, or violating these terms. Unless required by law, termination for a violation does not create a refund right.
5. Payments and renewals
Prices, billing frequency, and included services are shown at checkout. Recurring memberships continue until canceled according to the checkout provider's cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior charges. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
6. Refund policy
Because digital content and community access are delivered immediately, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or as specifically stated in our No-Refund Policy.
7. Community conduct
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, unauthorized promotion, market manipulation, or distribution of malicious content. Community statements made by other members are their own and are not endorsed by Premier Trading Network.
8. Intellectual property
Our branding, lessons, videos, graphics, commentary, market breakdowns, and community materials are owned by or licensed to Premier Trading Network. Your purchase grants only a limited, non-transferable right to use them personally.
9. Third-party services
Our site may link to payment processors, social platforms, charting providers, brokers, prop firms, or other third parties. Their services and policies are separate, and we are not responsible for their availability, data, rules, fees, decisions, or losses.
10. Availability and changes
Markets, schedules, educators, features, prices, and community platforms may change. We may update, pause, or discontinue content when reasonably necessary. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Trading Network and its operators will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, account failures, platform outages, indirect damages, or decisions made using our content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Disputes and governing rules
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our official support channel and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without overriding consumer rights that cannot be waived.
